  • Sarah JL – E|art|h Therapy

    Sarah JL offers nature-based art therapy for adults and children. This therapeutic approach blends art therapy, nature therapy, movement and ritual. Sarah JL is a trained Transpersonal Art Therapist (BACP). Earth Therapy is an invitation into expression, connection and homecoming to your inner and outer nature.

    Sarah works from The Meeting House on a Monday, but do contact her about other times.

  • Helen Squires - Rooted Therapy

    Helen is the Nature Therapist with professional training in Psychotherapy (BACP), Play Therapy (PTUK), Psychology (BPS) and breathwork (Oxygen Advantage). She works at the woods two days a week and runs regular workshops on weekends.

  • Lara Cooke - Art Therapist

    Lara comes from a fine art background and taught art for many years before training as an Art Psychotherapist. She has been practicing for ten years in palliative care, mainly in hospices, both in the UK and India. Lara has also worked in schools, community mental health and in perinatal services. She works from The Meeting House on a Wednesday.

  • Nathalie Stagg - ReMind Wellbeing

    Nathalie is a master Practioner in NLP Therapy, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy.

    Working with you on a self-empowering process, whereby lerning new skills and strategies will ReMind you how to be the best version of yourself and to live your life on purpose again.

    Nathalie offers one to one sessions from The Meeting House every Tuesday.

  • Hattie Nichols Counselling

    Hattie is a registered member of BACP and helps clients in areas such as loss, difficult life events, anxiety, stress, low mood, low self-esteem, childhood experiences, relationship difficulties, life transitions and more. Hattie also has an interest in maternal mental health and the wellbeing of mums and offers a supportive space where mums can explore any issues surrounding motherhood and the transition involved.

    Hattie is at the Health Hut on a Monday, but do feel free to enquire about availability at other times.

  • Counselling with Jo

    Jo can help with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, life transitions, stress and more. She works from The Health Hut on a Wednesday, but you can arrange to see her at other times.
