Christmas Trees and Winter Fayre

Beautiful locally grown trees of different species and sizes available to choose from in the festive courtyard.

Soak up the atmosphere with chestnuts and mulled cider over the fire; music and craft demos and:

  • Pizzas from our wood fired oven from 11.30am to 3.30pm, made and served by Cashew Catering

  • Sussex Coffee Trucks are returning with their beautiful vintage van ‘Claude’, serving amazing coffee and hot chocolates throughout the day.

  • Local vineyard Beacon Down will be in the Cookhouse serving glasses of their award-winning sparkling wine and selling bottles for special Christmas gifts.

  • Health and Wellbeing in the Meeting House - herbal teas, bath salts, creams and oils, treatment vouchers and much more

  • Make your own Christmas decorations at our courtyard craft station.

  • Browse and buy beautiful gifts and decorations for sale, made by local makers including visiting artists:

    • Mia Underwood - beautiful hand painted decorations, gifts and books.

    • Beautiful glassware and decorations by Valerie Letley

    • Bobby Spooner’s wonderful woodwork stall

    • Annie of Moss Folk, with her beautiful live moss creations

    • Julie Dunstan and her pottery

Booking a free parking slot is advised - one needed per car, not per person: wildernesswoodchristmas2024.eventbrite.co.uk

If you are buying or collecting a Christmas Tree, admission is free of charge - if you are not coming for a christmas tree, please pay admission at The Hatch on arrival. £4 per person or £15 for a family/group arriving in one car.

9am to 10am is the early bird slot - come in and grab a tree and a hot-chocolate while we put the finishing touches to the stalls for the day.
