On April 1st 2024, theatre-maker Chris New will set off from Land’s End, journeying on foot over 1000 miles through the four nations of the United Kingdom, to the northernmost tip of Scotland, bringing his Pilgrim Plays to each community he meets on route.

Like Samuel Beckett meeting Blackadder, The Pilgrim Plays are unapologetically earthy, viscerally felt and joyously performed evening of plays which aim to touch the fundamental forces that live within us all.

We are lucky to be able to welcome Chris to Wilderness Wood to preview his performance before his journey begins.

Meet at 6pm, grab a drink and wend your way down into the woods for the performance from 6.30pm-8pm.
