Retreat into Nature with Happily Healthily Holistcally

Fancy a day to yourself, in nature, refilling your cup, being mindful and slowing down in a gorgeous Sussex woodland?

Your day will start with 2 hours immersed in calm, forest bathing, meditating, breathing out, allowing your stress to drop away. We will be focusing on slowing down ready for the winter months and mirroring the darker seasons, reconnecting with natural cycles. Finishing around the fire to reflect.

Your nervous system will then be so relaxed, you will be hungry and ready to digest a wholesome and healthy lunch, provided for you in the cookhouse.

After lunch, you get to meet the UK’s wild foods with the super knowledgeable Katy Wisefone (Wise Herbs, resident herbalist and owner of the health hut that is based in the woods)
Katy will take you on a leisurely walk and teach you about wild foods that you can find in your local woodlands and hedgerows.  Wild food is so nutritious and a powerful health booster.

You will end your day with a seasonal aromatherapy workshop, teaching you how you can use essential oils to boost and support your physical and mental health over the coming months. Blending your own essential oil roller ball to take home. Led by Joanne Wilkinson, a degree qualified aromatherapist and resident holistic therapist at the Health Hut in the woods.

30 minute massage treatments are available throughout the day at an extra cost, booking directly with the massage therapist. Massages take place in the magical health hut in the woods, in a beautiful shepherds hut with a glass ceiling so you can enjoy a view of the trees swaying above you.

The day starts at 09.45, meeting at the Coffee Hatch area at the entrance of the woods.
Finishing at 4pm (the day is about flow and relaxation, so may run a little over)

Price - £75 inc a plant based lunch
£60 for Members
