Under Oak has a fantastic new shelter/bunk-house which can be used for groups to sleep in or as a communal area with tents pitched nearby. It has a fire-pit, grill, compost toilet and amazing views. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the cafe and car-park (with the possibility to park nearby at West Gate to drop off stuff). It’s perfect for family, friends, scouts or small school groups of up to 20 people. For a good night’s sleep in the bunk-house, you need a thermarest mattress and a warm sleeping bag. Cost is £50 for the area and £5.00/per person per night from 12pm-11am. Including a barrow of fire-wood. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information on availability and to make a booking.

Our beautiful shepherd’s hut, designed and built at the wood, is available to hire for a couple or a family. It has one permanent double bed and another which converts into a table! There is also a wood-burning stove for colder nights. Outside there is a fire-pit, grill, running water, a compost toilet, picnic table and a very rustic shower. We provide two duvets and four pillows but ask you to bring your own bed-linen. Cost from October to April is £75 for a weekend night and £50 for a week-day night including fire-wood. Contact email@example.com for more information on price and availability.
Escape from it all by hiring Stream Side glade for a day-time barbeque or an over-night camp out.
It has a fire-pit, grill, small shelter, picnic table and nearby compost toilet. You can pitch small to medium-sized tents (not ideal for bell-tents).
It takes about 20 minutes to walk down there so pack light. There is no drinking water but you can fill up your bottles up top in the Cook House.
Cost to hire the glade for a BBQ during the day-time is £50 for up to 10 people from 11am-4pm. To hire it for camping over-night is £50 plus £5.00 per person. From miday-11am. Price includes a barrow of fire-wood.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with questions or to find out availability and make a booking.
Members can host gatherings in the Lower Paddock with space to pitch up to a dozen tents. The fire-pit is in the adjacent woodland. The Cook-house is a few minutes walk away. And it’s just a nip up to the cafe.
Contact email@example.com for more information on availability and prices which depend on numbers, length of stay and whether you plan to use the Cook House or Marquee.
