Into the Woods: A Retreat Day of Nature-based Creativity and Meditation for Women with Helen Forester

Spend the day immersed in nature, re-igniting your creativity through practices and techniques such as meditation, nature art and creative writing.  The day will begin with tea and a grounding meditation, followed by creating your own ‘insight beads’ – which will be your creative companion throughout the day and beyond – and then working with a tree of your choosing to write, dream and create. We will end with a fire circle to share our work and a closing meditation to send you home feeling centred and inspired to continue your creative work in your every day life.  

Cost:  £55pp (£100pp for both the March and May dates) plus 10% discount for WW members

There will be a number of snacks and lots of herbal teas for you to stay hydrated and sustained.  For lunch, the Wilderness Wood café is a 5 minute walk away or you can bring a packed lunch. 

Helen is a fully-qualified meditation and yoga teacher having trained with Swami Saradananda and Claire Missingham in 2018 and 2012, respectively.  She is committed to creating spaces to inspire women to unlock their own creativity through nature-based practices and meditation techniques.
